Home Visit and Initial Proposal
We always love to meet our clients in person, introduce ourselves, and see first-hand what you’d like our help with. This allows us to make sure we fully understand your project to create an initial proposal that aligns with your expectations.
Final Details, Financing, and Scheduling
Once we agree on the work to be done, it’s time to discuss material selections and create the final estimate. Once we agree on the final estimate, we’ll put together a project schedule and make sure it works for you. The our team orders all the materials and obtains all necessary permits.
Construction
And away we go! Now the real fun begins, your dream becomes reality. At any time during your project, we’re available to discuss progress and any questions you may have.
Final Walk-Through
Let’s make sure you are completely satisfied with what we’ve done. Once the project is complete and all inspections are performed, we’ll do a final walk-through with you. Then, we’ll reach out to you in approximately 30 days to ensure you are still pleased with the project. Happy customers are what keep us growing!

If your project doesn’t fit a standard category, we’re happy to talk through custom work as well.
We start with an in-person visit to your home so we can fully understand your project and put together an accurate initial proposal. From there, we finalize material selections, create a detailed estimate, and build a project schedule that works for you. Our team orders all materials and handles any required permits. Once construction begins, we stay in close communication throughout, and we finish with a final walk-through to make sure you’re completely satisfied. About 30 days after completion, we’ll follow up to make sure everything is still looking and working the way it should.

Yes. We offer financing through GreenState Credit Union, with transparent terms and competitive rates so your project fits your budget. Pre-qualification is simple: apply online and we’ll follow up to discuss next steps. Financing is available for remodeling projects of any size, from major renovations to essential repairs.
Every remodeling project comes with a 1-Year Limited Warranty on workmanship and materials, effective from the date of your final invoice. Coverage includes framing, finishes, flooring, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and more. We also provide one-time repairs for common settling issues like drywall, caulking, and minor flooring adjustments. For critical issues like plumbing leaks or heating failure, emergency warranty service is available during business hours.

It’s a great place to meet with our team, explore your options, and start thinking through the look and feel of your project before committing to anything. Our hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
